Our Return Policy
At Iron Rail Coffee, every order is packed with care before it leaves the station. Our coffee is roasted to order, our gear is prepped in small batches, and because of that, all sales are final.
Now, if your package shows up looking like it got tossed off the caboose, don’t panic. While we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges, we will review issues involving items damaged in transit — meaning the trouble happened somewhere along the line between our station and your doorstep, not after arrival and not because the wrong roast or size was picked at checkout.
If your order arrives damaged, email our crew at hello@ironrailcoffee.com within 24 hours of delivery and include five clear photos of the product and packaging. That will give us what we need to inspect the wreckage, clear the track, and decide the best way to make things right.
If the damage is confirmed to have happened in transit, our crew will review the issue and take it from there.

Ordering merch? Know your size before you climb aboard. We can’t help it if somebody guessed, gambled, and boarded the wrong car.
Outside of damage that happened in transit, all sales are final.
