BREW IT RIGHT

NO FUSS. NO GRAMS. NO NONSENSE.

2 ounces of beans

No scale? No problem. That's just a smidge over 2/3 of a cup of grounds. Perfect for a 6 cup (30oz) drip pot. Drink coffee all day like we do? 1 cup is the sweet spot for a full, 12 cup (60oz) drip pot. No math. No fuss. Just measure once and trust it.

Let's talk grind

Wrong grind = wrong flavor, no matter how good the beans. Right grind = perfection, a smooth + balanced cup every time. Match your grind to your brew: fine for espresso, medium for drip, and coarse for French press.

Simmer down... but not too much

Coffee's a balancing act — brew it too cool and it runs weak and sour; too hot and it burns bitter. Keep it between 195°-202°F. If you're asking us? 197°F is the sweet spot for fuel that's smooth, steady, and ready for the long haul.
